Fall is here with us, totally different form summer. Relatively cold, and evidently shorter days. What a non-fun time of the year. With summer gone, it is quite easy t fall into the depression of some sort. The blues that company the season, as often called seasonal affective disorder (SAD), must be addressed to ensure you stay in the right shape. Panda Professor cares, and that is why we have compiled a list of tips to help you overcome the associated challenges of cold seasons while ensuring it stays just as fun as summer seasons:
1. Get enough Vitamin D: It is no secret that people are generally highly motivated during warm and sunny days than on cold days. Vitamin D is essential in fostering a great mood. As such, be sure to spend at least 20 minutes under the sun daily. Try not to miss an opportunity. The sun might be quite scarce, but try not to miss an opportunity. On a day when there is no sign of the sun, be sure to pop a Vitamin D supplement. Your motivation and productivity throughout the day will thank you for it.
2. Exercise: an anxious mood is the biggest challenge due to cold weather. Be sure to exercise to release those necessary endorphins which motivate you throughout the day. Moreover, you’ll also keep that bombing summer body you want in the process.
3. Pampering: Be sure to pamper yourself. As it stands, it is now more natural to get irritated by the small stuff. Begin your pamper session by blocking all the negative energy, and taking some time to be with yourself. Get a manicure and a pedicure to cool off.
