Description of the task
The self-reflection narrative and personal development plan are intended to internalize theories, concepts, and/or strategies presented in the course and connect all this to personal experience and self-development. Students are expected to synthesize critical ideas, gain insights, and contemplate the implications of these insights on their own lives and careers. The report should be around 1000-1500 (maximum) words.
