Conduct research on Resistance to Organizational Change. Most often, change processes are driven by financial realities. Top executives craft change initiatives and flush them through the management ranks to be implemented. At this level is where management has the task of ‘selling’ the change to the employees.
How would you suggest a leader overcome resistance to change that is going to cause some people to lose their jobs?
